Brought my 04 Nissan Xterra in to have a Blue Ox base plate installed so it can be towed behind my motorhome Mario ordered the parts and coordinated the install Juan did a great job installing the base plate and running the wires needed for the lights ect. Good job guys Thanks again.

The Best! We just purchased a new Forest River and couldn't be happier. We drove up from San Diego to Parkway because from the very start sales rep Bryan was very helpful. We had many questions because it was our first trailer and he was very responsive and seemed like he truly cared. When we arrived they had the paperwork all ready for us. There was no up-selling or hassle. If fact, the total price turned out less than expected. Steve, the owner, came out to meet us and was very friendly. Finally, Juan the service tech was very knowledgeable and patient with us. If you want a great deal with no hidden costs and super friendly staff, Parkway is the place.

We take our toy hauler every year to AAA Speedway and while checking everything the generator would not start. At this point Mario and his team took over and of course time was of the essence within 48 hours it was fixed at a reasonable price. Very hard to find that type of service anywhere my family and I thank Mario and his team for making our trip great.

We just drove off the lot with our very first teardrop RV. We found this on the internet and came from Arizona to pick it up. Nick was very helpful during the purchasing process both online and in person. However, Parkway really shines in their service department. Mario and his small team of techs worked fabulously together (even in the rain!) to get us acquainted with our new purchase and get it ready to drive back to Arizona. Had a great experience at Parkway RV. Purchased my first TT at a great price and great customer service! Everyone there gave us great support and answered all of our questions. Financing was super easy filing online on their site, was approved within one working day. Upon my pick up, I had all the best service. They went over how everything operates, how to fill up my tanks, empty my tanks, heater, AC, slide, beds, etc. they also helped on getting me the right hitch so that my TT was level with my truck! Would like to thank everyone that helped me, Mike, Blaine, Juan, John and Nate. Would definitely recommend Parkway!

We had a good interaction with Parkway RV. We found a trailer advertised at a great price. Being from out of state we eventually decided to buy local (at a higher price) but want to especially thank Mike and Nick for a straight forward breakdown of a potential deal, including transport. They communicated well and we would not hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy business.

I had damaged the roof access ladder and the rear panel of my Rockwood Mini Lite travel trailer when making a parking adjustment and backing into a storage structure. This was submitted as a claim to my auto insurance.The insurance requested a written estimate from a RV repair facility. The shop I contacted couldn't accept the trailer immediately so we scheduled an entry date a month after the initial call. When I finally took the trailer in I waited over a week before I received the estimate which I thought to be exceptionally high. This was in the first week of January. To make matters worse, they told me that they could not begin work until March.I then decided to get a second opinion from Parkway RV after speaking the Mario over the phone. He said they could begin work immediately.The repair work began while waiting for the ladder order to be received from the supplier. In less than three weeks I receive photos of the finished repair with the new ladder installed.When I picked up the trailer I found the repair was expertly done. The cost of the repair was $2,500 less than the original shop's estimate.The workmanship, reasonable time in service, cost savings and personal attention from Mario has convinced me to send all my future trailer repair and service work to Parkway RV.
